Inverted trapezoid shaped Chrysocolla Cuprite or aka Sonora Sunset drilled bead pendant.
It is drilled side to side near the top with a 4 mm hole for stringing on your own cord or wire, or in your bead creation.
It is 48 mm by 7.5 mm to 16 mm wide and 9 mm thick.
The blue/green is Chrysocolla, the red is Cuprite, and the black is Iron.
This gorgeous semiprecious gemstone material is known as Sonora Sunset or Sonoran Sunrise.
