This is an orbicular semiprecious gemstone cabochon material known as Ocean Jasper.
It is actually a variety is silicified rhyolite flow from off the northwest coast of Madagascar.
Ocean Jasper can only be seen and collected at low tide. The area has no road, so the gemstone material must be transported to civilization by boat.
