Product Description
Small trapezoid shaped orangey red with sparkling natural native copper semiprecious gemstone Copper Rose designer cabochon 21.5 mm long by 10 to 17 mm wide and 4 mm thick.
A RARE stone cabochon material! We call it Copper Rose, but it is also known as Kingston Conglomerate or Kingston Ore.
This lovely brick orangey red colored semiprecious stone, with splashes of shiny Native Copper, came from the Calumet & Hecla Mine in Houghton County, Michigan.
The camera dulls the shiny copper reflection in these cabochons-but it is very visible to the naked eye! The little black spots are the Felsite pebbles. Felsite is a very fine grained volcanic rock containing feldspar and quartz.
Metaphysical Properties: It is believed Native Copper helps with communication.
